To diagnose this, we need to start with what your goals were in the first place. AI doesn’t fix a lack of clear goals, it makes the pain worse. So: What are you aiming to accomplish? What kind of organization do you want to become? Then, we look honestly at where you are now. What’s working, and what’s blocking the system? That’s all we need to build an action plan and start moving.
