Principal & Founder
For the past 20 years, I’ve worked inside product organizations across healthcare (Kaiser Permanente), hospitality (IHG), defense (Kessel Run), and many others. I’ve seen product transformation succeed, and fail. Most recently I’ve led services for a company whose whole business is helping product & engineering organizations understand their own value stream data and how to manage bottlenecks slowing them down.
The mistake most organizations make is treating transformation as an addition, rather than a holistic assessment and refactor of people, process, and technology. You can’t just plug product managers into an organization and get better product outcomes. Just like you can’t buy AI licenses, and get the outcomes you want from that investment. The whole system needs to be looked at, honestly: how decisions get made, how work gets prioritized, and how success gets measured.
That’s the work. It’s complex – but it doesn’t need to feel hard.
My experience is practical, but I’ve backed it up in the classroom. I hold an MBA, an LPCC (coaching credential) from Brown University & ACT, and an OKR Coach certification. I’m also a registered yoga teacher, with 15 years of practice – which sounds unrelated until you’re a few legs into a transformation and feeling like momentum’s slowing while market needs are mounting. I bring the stability, without breaking pace.
All of this has led me to what I do now: Helping organizations build the capacity to adapt, win, and adapt some more – because the goal was never just one good outcome. It’s delivering great ones, on repeat.
