For Product Managers, Product Teams and Product Leaders

Optimal OKRs (6-12 weeks)
- Outcomes: Create clear, effective OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) and get the full value out of them for a set time period. Learn how to operationalize OKRs and how to maximize your result within a time period.
- Best for: Anyone wanting to deliver measured results, and have clarity about the goal they want to achieve. This applies to a work setting or personal growth (new habits that lead to new attributes).
- Duration: 1 hour sessions, 1x week over 6-12 weeks (weekly or every-other week)
- What to expect: Together we will develop OKRs and use them through at least one cycle. You’ll have the opportunity to reflect and recalibrate along the way, and end not only with results, but a playbook to do this again and again.

Product Manager Skill Booster (12 weeks)
- Outcomes: Sharpen your skills at managing great products people love, with results to show for it.
- Best for:
- Individuals or small groups of product managers who are at any stage of their career as an individual contributor.
- Ideal for people who are relatively new to product management, and want to be up and running faster than they might without accelerated coaching.
- Ideal for product managers who do not have access to strong, experienced product managers who can quickly mentor.
- Duration: 1 hour sessions, 2x week, for 12 weeks (~ one quarter)
- What to expect: Working from your backlog, you’ll get hands-on practice in all core elements of modern product management, including outcome-oriented roadmaps, user story writing, iteration planning, stakeholder collaboration and more.

Product Team Level-Up (12 weeks)
- Outcomes: Break down the silos limiting your product team from effective collaboration to bring better solutions to market. Experience the power of collaboration and balanced team, first-hand.
- Best for: New or established product teams who are responsible for developing great solutions to problems, in pursuit of positive outcomes. (Product teams may be combined into product groups, and may be called things like squads or pods.) We recommend core roles participate in this, e.g. Product Management, Engineering Lead or equivalent, Product Designer or equivalent.)
- Duration: 1 hour sessions, 2x week, for 12 weeks (~ one quarter)
- What to expect: Working from your backlog, your team will get hands-on experience with the methods used by great product companies to deliver process of identifying the problem worth solving as well as the best and fastest solution, aligning on how you’ll know it works, developing/shipping the solution and studying the result.

Product Leader Accelerator (8-12 weeks)
- Outcomes: Build your capacity to be a stronger, more influential leader capable of unlocking the full potential in product managers or entire product teams.
- Best for:
- Director-level managers responsible for the results of several product managers and/or product teams to deliver results as part of larger portfolios or experiences.
- Ideal for people who have recently moved from individual contributor to manager, and are looking to accelerate development of their capacity to empower & support others to exceed expectations.
- Duration: 1 hour sessions, 1x week for 8-12 weeks.
- What to expect: We’ll design and run several experiments in service of your development goals as product leader, then reflect on the result and iterate. We’ll start by locking in on your strengths & “superpowers,” and also align on the capabilities where, with some focused development, you can make much more impact.
