Programs For Leaders and Career Explorers

Career Navigator (6 weeks)
- Outcomes: Discover the career that is right for you, given your strengths, skills, interests, passions and goals.
- Best for: People who have been in the workforce for at least 5 years and at a crossroads, considering at least 2 different paths (if not more).
- Duration: 1 hour sessions, 1x week, over 6 weeks (weekly or every-other week)
- What to expect: We’ll explore who you are, what you want of your career, who you want to become and what’s next. You’ll get tools and frameworks and tips and tricks, and practical support to get on your way.

Leadership Level-Up (6-10 weeks)
- Outcomes: Be a stronger, more influential leader. Amplify your strengths so you can make more impact.
- Best for: People in a leadership position, or people trying to move to a leadership position. People with an opportunity to practice their skills in the workplace or with others.
- Duration: 1 hour sessions, 1x week over 6-10 weeks (weekly or every-other week)
- What to expect: In a safe & fully confidential space, we’ll explore what’s limiting you from consistently showing up as the leader you aim to be, and build your capacity to manage these limitations and make more impact.

Optimal OKRs (6-12 weeks)
- Outcomes: Create clear, effective OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) and get the full value out of them for a set time period. Learn how to operationalize OKRs and how to maximize your result within a time period.
- Best for: Anyone wanting to deliver measured results, and have clarity about the goal they want to achieve. This applies to a work setting or personal growth (new habits that lead to new attributes).
- Duration: 1 hour sessions, 1x week over 6-12 weeks (weekly or every-other week)
- What to expect: Together we will develop OKRs and use them through at least one cycle. You’ll have the opportunity to reflect and recalibrate along the way, and end not only with results, but a playbook to do this again and again.
